1. We provide a complete service. From selection of land through to the selection of a suitable builder and providing direction through the construction phase.
2. We will keep you informed of the progress of your drawings and documentation allowing input from you the client during this process.
3. We can provide valuable information on the selection and purchase of fixtures and finishes.
4. Working drawings are prepared to a very high standard incorporating a structural specification.
5. We will co-ordinate professional consultants when necessary such as surveyors, structural, geo-technical and hydraulic engineers, landscape architects, and private certifiers.

Our Fees
People believe good design costs more. This is not true. Good design features can reduce building and operating costs through simpler construction, better planning, durable materials and energy efficiency.
Our fees are structured in a staged format. Once a stage is completed we will submit an invoice.
Our projects are usually staged as follows:
- Site inspection and measure
- Design (completing this stage with brief quotation)
- Development approval (if required)
- Building approval
